Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CompanionAI account and the data associated with it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open CompanionAI and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

If the app asks you to sign in again before deleting, that's a security step — sign in and retry.

Option 2 — Request deletion here

Can't access the app? Enter the email tied to your account and we'll delete it for you. We may email you to confirm before we proceed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials.
  • Your conversations and the memories derived from them.
  • Your usage records associated with the account.

Purchases are managed by Google Play; deleting your account does not refund purchases. We may retain limited records where required by law. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
